I love rainforests. I think they make up some of the most beautiful and impressive landscapes in the world. They are natural. They are important. But one thing they aren’t is welcome in my drinks.
I’ve had my fair share of mojitos comprised mostly of vegetation. And while it is necessary for greenery to be involved in the making of this beverage, one should be able to see something more than that which has grown from the ground.
And so I present you with my Quick and Clean Pineapple Coconut Mojito. This flavor combination is a popular one, especially for this drink. This version, however, is one that can be constructed in a cinch without the need of special ingredients or the overage of mint obstructing the beverage’s path to where it belongs — in our bellies!
This cocktail is great for parties. The preparation is minimal and the flavors are explosive. Try this out next time you’ve got company and impress your guests by bringing a little Cuban flair to your drink menu.
