This past Sunday, 8/22/15, I had the pleasure of catering what turned out to be an amazing event. After being under construction, Terra Beachside Villas here in Miami Beach reopened its pool to its tenants and their friends. Over 100 people joined in celebration and ate to their hearts content.
The key to this spread was keeping it light, fresh and flavorful enough to draw the crowds back for seconds, thirds and fourths!
It was a great honor being able to add to the joy of the gathering with my food and I look forward to doing it all again in the future!
